AI in HR Suite

Understanding Where Value is Created

Are you starting in the right place?

AI adoption can move faster than organisational judgement.
This course helps HR practitioners take control of the decision before a tool defines it: diagnose the business problem, define measurable value and guardrails, preserve human judgement, and use CRF’s principles, Adoption Ladder and TASK framework to choose a defensible route forward.

About this Course

Through Maya’s realistic organisational case, you will examine how an AI proposal develops from initial pressure to a bounded, evidence-led decision. You will learn to separate problems from proposed solutions, define outcomes and guardrails, assess readiness and ownership, and decide whether to stop, retain, support or redesign the work.

Who Should Enrol?

Experienced HR practitioners influencing decisions about work, people, capability and AI, including:
  • HR business partners and generalists advising leaders and managers.
  • People professionals in workforce planning, talent, work design or employee voice.
  • HR specialists evaluating AI proposals, safeguards or experiments.

Suitable for all AI confidence levels; no specific tool required.

Benefits of Enrolling

  • Diagnose the business problem before considering AI, keeping evidence, causes and non-AI options visible.
  • Define measurable value and guardrails that protect trust, fairness, job quality and human judgement.
  • Apply CRF’s seven principles, Adoption Ladder and TASK framework to make and explain defensible AI decisions.
