AI in HR Suite

Enhancing Individual Productivity and Judgement

Is AI making your work better or just faster?

Faster output does not always mean better work. This course helps HR practitioners choose where AI can add value, assign it a bounded role as supporter, challenger or encourager, test its outputs critically, retain human responsibility, and reinvest time saved in stronger judgement and higher-value work.

About this Course

Through Maya’s workplace case, you will examine why faster output can conceal rework, unsupported claims or poorer decisions. You will break workflows into tasks, design repeatable AI-supported work with TASK, challenge outputs and sources, and decide what to accept, revise or reject before reinvesting any capacity gained.

Who Should Enrol?

Experienced HR practitioners influencing decisions about work, people, capability and AI, including:
  • HR business partners and generalists advising leaders and managers.
  • People professionals in workforce planning, talent, work design or employee voice.
  • HR specialists evaluating AI proposals, safeguards or experiments.

Suitable for all AI confidence levels; no specific tool required.

Benefits of Enrolling

  • Judge productivity by quality, elapsed time and rework, not speed alone, and reinvest released capacity in better work.
  • Select suitable tasks and design bounded, repeatable AI roles with TASK while retaining human ownership.
  • Challenge claims, sources, assumptions, omissions and uncertainty before accepting, revising or rejecting AI-generated outputs.
