Supporting Your Learning Journey
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Where should I start?
Start with the recommended learning for your current monthly capability focus area.
The learning journey is designed to build shared capability across OneHR without creating overwhelm. Begin with the recommended modules and then explore additional content that supports your role, interests or development goals.
How long is each module?
Module length varies but on average takes between 90 - 120 minutes depending on the learner.
Once you've completed a module, be sure to download your certificate of competition, share it on LinkedIn and tag us @Corporate Research Forum

I've completed a module - what should I do next?
Learning only creates value when it is applied.
After completing a module: identify one insight to apply in your role, discuss it with your line manager or team, test it in practice, reflect on the outcome and adjust your approach. The goal is application, not completion.

How much time should I spend learning each month?
There is no expectation to complete everything at once.
A small amount of applied learning often creates more impact than consuming large amounts of content.
How can I get the most value from the learning experience?
The most successful learners have a plan.
Set a clear development goal
Discuss learning with their line manager
Connect learning to real business challenges
Seek feedback from colleagues and stakeholders
Regularly reflect on progress and impact.

How do I know if I'm improving?
Capability growth is not measured by the number of modules completed.
It is measured by the difference your learning makes in practice. Consider asking yourself:
Am I approaching challenges differently than I would have six months ago?
Am I making decisions with greater confidence or better evidence?
Am I applying new tools, techniques or ways of working in my role?
Have colleagues, stakeholders or my line manager noticed a difference in my impact?
Can I point to a specific example where learning changed an outcome or improved an experience?
You can also use feedback conversations with your line manager, peers and business stakeholders to understand where progress is visible and where to focus next.
