Integrated Talent Management

Talent management has been a focus area for organisations for many decades. Yet investment has failed to yield a step-change in outcomes, with two-thirds of CEOs still seeing talent as a blocker to strategy and only one-sixth of respondents to a CRF research survey believing that their organisational approaches to talent management are effective. This course explores the issues which may be behind this and offers an approach to talent management which is more business-focused, more aligned and integrated throughout the journey from defining need, planning, implementing and evaluating success. Essential material for any HR practitioner looking to understand how to design, build or operate more effective talent approaches and how to ask the really powerful questions which unlock business value.
